Users of Hold'em Spy must accept this disclaimer of warranty: This software is provided as-is, without warranty of ANY KIND, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose. The author assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of Hold'em Spy, including losing money, lost profits, loss of data or programs, or any other outcome resulting from the use of Hold'em Spy. You will use Hold'em Spy at your own risk. We do not have any responsibilities of any kind related to this software!

You are not allowed to disassemble the software. You may not rent, lease, or sell the software.

If you purchase a place on the user-list:
You do not purchase the ownership of the software. The author retains the title and ownership of the software. You purchase a place on the user list. We do not guarantee that the user-list always is and will be available, including bad connections to server and server problems. The place you purchase on the user-list is only a place that we will do our best effort to maintain. It is not our responsiblity if we fail to maintain your place on the user-list. Due to this, we do not guarantee that the software will work on your PC.

Do not change in the .dat files. Corrupt data may cause process failures in the software.
